I’m looking for a professional, respectful female to share a large and peaceful 3-bedroom / 3 full-bath apartment in a quiet, well-connected neighborhood in Al Furjan.

The available room is the larger bedroom and comes fully furnished with a private bathroom, large balcony access, a large closet, and a large screen TV. The apartment itself is spacious, calm, and well maintained, with high-speed Wi-Fi included. This is a single-occupancy room and suitable for one person only.

About us: two women currently live in the apartment. I’m self-employed and work as a fashion industry consultant, and the other roommate works in real estate. We’re both Canadian, clean, considerate, and early sleepers, and we value a peaceful, respectful home environment. This isn’t a party space — it’s a place to recharge.

The apartment is located next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station, no parking.
